Classic Peach Bellini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 white peaches
  • 4 ounces Prosecco
  • 1 peach slice, to garnish
  • 1 mint sprig, to garnish
Directions
  1. Peel the peaches.
  2. Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, then slice into quarters.
  3. Add the peaches to a food processor or blender.
  4. Blend the peaches until smooth.
  5. Pour 2 ounces of peach puree into a Champagne flute.
  6. Top with 4 ounces of Prosecco.
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Garnish with a peach slice and sprig of mint, and serve.
