Black Magic Halloween Margarita Recipe

2 Margaritas
Ingredients
  • Purple salt, for the glass rim
  • 1 small lime wedge, for the glass rim, plus 2 lime slices, divided
  • 3 ounces tequila blanco
  • 1 ounce absinthe
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 1 ounce agave nectar
  • ½ teaspoon activated charcoal
  • 2 pinches black edible glitter
Directions
  1. Rim two cocktail glasses with the lime wedge, then dip the glasses in the purple salt. Set aside.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  3. Add the tequila.
  4. Add the absinthe.
  5. Add the lime juice.
  6. Add the agave.
  7. Add the activated charcoal.
  8. Shake the ingredients together.
  9. Divide the margarita between the two glasses.
  10. Add the glitter to each cocktail, and stir.
  11. Garnish each glass with a lime slice, and serve.
