Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • 1 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 1 ounce Suze gentian liqueur
  • 1 lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
  1. Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and Suze into a large glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Stir for 30 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with a single large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon peel.
