4 ripe passion fruit (plus one more, for garnish, optional)
Directions
Cut the limes into wedges. Remove the passion fruit pulp with a spoon.
In a cocktail shaker, mash all but 2 of the lime wedges and most of the passion fruit pulp with sugar until the sugar is almost dissolved (reserve 1 tablespoon).
Add cachaça and crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 1 minute.
Pour the drink into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with remaining lime wedges and passion fruit pulp.
